Felicia Noreskar is an enthusiastic communications professional with a passion for sustainability, innovation and social development. Having worked for non-profit and corporate organizations in Europe, Australia and South America, she is a versatile storyteller with a cross-cultural perspective. Currently she's the communications lead of Holcim MAQER -- the open innovation unit of Holcim, the world's leader in sustainable and innovative building materials. 

Coupling her passion for human rights with her skills in copywriting, she is volunteering as the communications expert for Fokusnetzwerk, a local NGO that supports the integration is refugees in Switzerland, where she's currently living.
